A glass mercury thermometer with a scale from -28 to +80 degrees Celsius with a bulb filled with a liquid in a cavity. It surely dates back to before 1872; in fact, in a note in the inventory register it is stated that it was part of a collection of instruments that belonged to Professor Gian Pietro Radicati (Professor of Experimental Physics in Cagliari from 1853 to 1871) and purchased with its accessories from his heirs.
